$15 Gift Certificate to Lilla Rose

by Hal | November 15th, 2011

Lilla Rose sells unique and beautiful hair clips, bobby pins, jewelry, and more! As a mom with waist length hair I had about given up on the idea of being able to put my hair up and out of my face. Plastic clips just fell out, and buns gave me a headache. When I put a flexi clip in my hair I was able to use it all day long without a headache!

The Flexi clips come in all different sizes to fit your own hair length and texture. They even work for little girls! To learn more about sizing, you can watch the sizing video found here.

A flexi clip is perfect for a homeschooling mom, as it literally only takes a minute or two to twist your hair up and pin it with the flexi clip! Or just do a half up with a smaller clip. The clip is attached together, so your toddler can’t lose half of it. :) These also make lovely Christmas gifts for your older girls!

I like to put it up in a pony tail or french twist the best.  Anything to get it up off of my neck and outta my face hehehe

Well before I had it cut all off in a cute inverted bob style I just used a scrunchy to put it up in a loose bun. I’m hoping to win this for my daughter who has to have long hair because of ballet.

  • Skiboardgal1020

a half bun is probably my favorite or just the sides pulled back

    Pony tails in a clip!

  • LynneBellaire

These sure could make my hair look pretty.

  • Hugabug1

I usually just stick it in a ponytail if I need it out of my way. I don’t have much occasion to “do-up” my hair.

  • Tammy

This is great!  I have very long, very thick hair and getting it up (without a headache) is such a challenge!

  • Well-luved

I usually put my hair in a bun so it doesn’t get into my cooking, baking or housework. However, if I have it “down”, I like having a pretty clip in it for a ponytail or just a few strands from both sides. I’d love to try the Lilla Rose clips because most other clips hurt my head or break my hair. Thanks for sucha  great giveaway!!!

    Pony tail

  • Mrsmaryvanessa

Ponytail since the weather has become cold and super dry=static, but usually a twist up at the back with a claw of some sort.

  • Marbleeyez

I cut my hair this summer and would love to experiment with different clips and stuffs!  LillaRose might be it!

  • Tammie

We share one of these and would love to have another at our house!  Thank you for the opportunity.

  • Lynn McInnis

I pull it back in a ponytail or use a “chippie clippie” to get the bangs out of my way.

  • Jennifer

I have a hair clip I really love.

    thanks

  • Ed Sents

I’m not very talented when it comes to hair- especially my own! ;) I usually put it in a pony tail and use a headband!

  • Ed Sents

Hehe, I just saw that I’m using my husband’s profile. Um, he doesn’t have a ponytail. :p

  • Shannon Miller

I just twist it up and use an ugly old alligator clip.  I would love something prettier!

  • Melanie

I would love to try this.

  • Cowjhs

With 5 little boys in our house, I am always excited about something pretty & just for me!

  • Brooke

My hair is fairly long so I roll the sides, braid it, make a circle with it, put a hair clip in the middle of the circle pinning the end out of sight, then I put some pins in the braid to keep it in place. It is sort of a bun with a pretty clip in the middle.

  • Launa

I just put it up in a pony.  Sometimes I do a twist in the back but it falls out because my hair is so fine.  It would be nice to have something ‘girlie’ to put in my hair.  And a great gift for my niece.

Since it is in desperate need of a cut, it is nearly always in a pony tail.  Sometimes I will use a big clip to keep it up in a twist.  I have thick, naturally curly hair and, even on “good hair days” it just gets in my face so much while I am working that I have to pull it up and out of my face.   My daughter has long, thick but fine hair so I would love to get some for each of us.
