Enter your address to get the best available rates from the USPS. Shipping rates are always visible in your cart before checkout. We also offer $10 Flat Rate Priority Shipping!

Craftsman Crate subscriptions and past boxes ship free in the U.S., APO, FPO, and DPO. If the system doesn’t give you free shipping once you enter your address (sometimes it glitches), let us know and we’ll fix it!

Orders containing only books and CDs can ship by Media Mail, which is often less than $5!  Media Mail is unpredictable, so we are unable to guarantee when they will arrive.

We’ve found Priority Mail is the best option for inexpensive, rapid delivery. In some cases, we may choose to ship by FedEx, UPS, or Simple Export Rate if that is best, but you will not be charged extra.

Returns

We want you to be happy! If you are ever unhappy with something you purchase from us, please let us know! If we’ve made a mistake, we will make it right immediately and it won’t cost you anything.

It’s our goal that every customer be absolutely satisfied with their purchases. Please contact us at info at greatwaterspress dot com or 919 -818-3891 if you ever experience a problem with an order.

If any order is ever received with missing components or damage, please contact us and we’ll get replacements out right away at no cost to you.

To return a product, please contact us at info@greatwaterspress.com or 919-818-3891 for return authorization. Products must be received in new, resalable condition and shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As soon as the return is received, a refund of your purchase price minus shipping will be issued. Please remember we are a family business and are not open on weekends or holidays, though.

Generally, refunds are not available for subscription products or downloadables, but we are always available to support you in using our products.
