Description
Great for comping, outdoor adventures, and your emergency or survival kit, this spiral wire saw has strong, lightweight construction using braided wire for a blade with tough cutting power. Just hold by the rings and saw back and forth to cut through branches.
NEVER put this or any other wire strand around anyone’s neck. Do not leave where children have access. This is a tool, not a toy. Ages 12 & up.

The photographs on the package show an incorrect method of use. You CAN use it that way, but it will deform the wire or break on the first branch. The correct way is to keep the wire as straight as possible through the entire cut. You can do this by hand pressure, or make a bow saw from a green stick. Another method for a comfortable cut, with one or two people, cut wooden toggles to fit within the key rings so you can have the cutting pressure distributed across all four fingers.
