Preorder Availability

The .PDF eBook edition will be released one month ahead of the print edition, possibly as early as September 15th. If you order a bundle that includes an eBook edition, you will be able to download it before the print edition leaves the printers.

At this moment, when you place your order, you will receive an email receipt for your purchase. When the Book and/or print edition is released, you will be notified by email with shipping/download information for the book and study guide.
