    Sadly I don’t.  We grab a few moments when we are spending time together before bed.  But we aren’ alone.  Sometimes we are able to have on the weekends.

    On good days, I take a walk or sit in the backyard with a coffee to get a little quiet time & mental break so that I am more balanced feeling when he gets home.
